Sleep Accomodations
All participants traveling individually will stay in a private tent provided by L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio. If traveling with others, please be prepared to share your tent with one person from your party or group to maximize accommodations. Our tents are sized to sleep six people and have a center height of 6-feet. Partial refunds are available for Retreat cancellations. See our Business Policies for details.

50-min Massage Add-On: $80
Our Wellness Weekends involve kayaking and fishing along the Upper Potomac River. Our Nature Retreat beach camping is held at Assateague Island National Seashore and involves kayaking, biking, nature trails and independent island exploration amid the islands wild horse population. Massage will be provided by licensed, and registered Massage Therapists. Participants in Wellness Weekends and Nature Retreats are required to sign a liability waiver prior to their participation. Participants are solely responsible for their belongings and preparedness. Cancellations may occur due to inclement weather. We at L.I.F.E.
