Personal Enrichment Classes
Must be scheduled by phone or email. In-person sessions are held at the Somerset County Library in Princess Anne, MD, or the Wicomico Public Library - Paul S. Sarbanes Branch, or the food court at The Centre at Salisbury shopping mall. Phone, virtual, and in-person sessions are limited to 45 minutes each.
Wellness Weekend Nature Retreats
Payment Fee for our Wellness Weekend Nature Retreats, henceforth also referred to as Retreats, includes a non-refundable deposit of $50 and must be paid in full at time of booking to secure your reservation.
Payment Fee for Add-on Massage includes a non-refundable deposit of $25 and must be paid in full at time of booking.*
​While we understand that cancellations may be necessary, refunds issued to participants who cancel will be subject to a $25 Cancellation Fee applied against their reservation payment less the non-refundable deposit. See EXAMPLE 1.

EXAMPLE 1: Reservation payment of $275, minus the Non-refundable deposit of $50, minus a Cancellation Fee of $25 equals a $200 refund.

No Shows will result in no refund with no exceptions.

L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio reserves the right to cancel reservations due to staff illness, inclement weather, or any other reason. In the event a Wellness Weekend Nature Retreat reservation is cancelled by L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio, a full refund to the participant minus the non-refundable deposit will be issued within 45 calendar days. See EXAMPLE 2.

Wellness Weekend Nature Retreats Add-on Massage
Wellness Weekend Nature Retreat add-on massage services must be paid for in full at time of booking and include a non-refundable deposit of $25. Availability is limited.
Participants will be assigned a massage service timeslot and must arrive 10 minutes prior. Participants are fully responsible for arriving on time and acknowledge there will be no extension of timeslots for late arrivals.

There is a flat $15 Cancellation Fee for each add-on massage service.
*L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio reserves the right to cancel Wellness Weekend Nature Retreat reservations due to staff illness, inclement weather, or any other reason. In the event a Wellness Weekend Nature Retreat reservation is cancelled by L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio, a full refund including the deposit will be provided for any add-on massage service cancelled by L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio.
Massage Therapy Services
Wellness Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Well-Flex Assisted Stretch:
Payment in full must be received at time of booking to secure your appointment. While we understand that cancellations may be necessary, we will not issue refunds for any massage appointment you cancel. In the event you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, subject to schedule availability, your massage service may be rescheduled and the payment applied to the re-scheduled appointment. Please plan accordingly and provide at least 24-hour's notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
All Wellness Massages are conducted with draping protocol and restrictions in effect. Any clients failing to comply with draping restrictions will be dismissed from our services.
Clients who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must remain present during their session. Senior Discounts are only for those aged 60 and older. Out-call services are for female clients only unless a qualified resident of a Senior or Assisted Living housing development. Out-call fees are not applied to in-home services conducted as part of a purchased Service Package.
Session times will not be adjusted due to late arrivals by clients or unpreparedness by clients for out-call appointments. Clients with scheduled on-site sessions should arrive in a timely manner to allow for any questions, bathroom use, and dressing changes. Children are not allowed to accompany clients during any on-site session appointments.
All Service Bookings are subject to final approval by L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio Integrative Health Practice, LLC. In the event that your service provider is unable to keep your scheduled appointment, subject to schedule availability, your massage service will be rescheduled and the payment applied to the re-scheduled appointment. If you are not agreeable to rescheduling any appointment cancelled by your service provider, a refund will be issued within 30 business days and will be subject to a $10 processing fee. Notice of cancellation by your service provider will be provided via call, text, and/or email using the contact information you provide.

Corporate and Event Massage Services:
Payment includes a non-refundable deposit of $95 which is due at time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid in full prior to the start of your Event. We accept payment of any balance due on the scheduled day of service. Cancellations require 72-hours advance notice and must be made by phone. A 25% Cancellation Fee will be applied against your refund less any applicable non-refundable deposit.
Education Workshops
Nutrition Education & Fitness, Stress Management Education:
Payment includes a non-refundable deposit of $95 which is due at time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid in full prior to the start of your Workshop. We accept payment of any balance due on the scheduled day of service. Cancellations require 72-hours advance notice and must be made by phone. A 25% Cancellation Fee will be applied against your refund less any applicable non-refundable deposit.

Couples Workshop:
Payment includes a 50% non-refundable deposit. There is a flat $15 cancellation fee.
