Business Policies

It is the responsibility of the client/participant to be familiar with the following policies regarding our services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

These policies are subject to change without prior notice.

Completion of intake and/or release of liability forms are required for our services

Personal Enrichment Classes

Must be scheduled by phone or email. In-person sessions are held at the Somerset County Library in Princess Anne, MD, or the Wicomico Public Library - Paul S. Sarbanes Branch, or the food court at The Centre at Salisbury shopping mall. Phone, virtual, and in-person sessions are limited to 45 minutes each. All payments are non-refundable.

Wellness Weekends and Nature Retreats

Payment Fee for our Wellness Weekends includes a non-refundable deposit of $50 and must be paid in full at time of booking to secure your reservation.

 

Payment Fee for our Nature Retreats includes a non-refundable deposit of $50 and must be paid in full at time of booking to secure your reservation.

 

Payment Fee for Add-on Massage includes a non-refundable deposit of $30 and must be paid in full at time of booking.

 

While we understand that cancellations may be necessary, any refund will be subject to the following Cancellation Fee schedule as applicable after a confirmed booking. Fees listed will be applied against your reservation and/or add-on massage service payment less the non-refundable deposit.​

  • 14 days or more prior to reservation: 35% Cancellation Fee

  • 7-13 days prior to reservation: 50% Cancellation Fee

  • 2 - 6 days prior to reservation: 75% Cancellation Fee

  • Up to 48-hrs prior to reservation: No refund

  • There is a flat $15 Cancellation Fee for each add-on massage service.

Massage Therapy Services

Relaxation Wellness Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Well-Flex Assisted Stretch:

Payment in full must be received at time of booking to secure your appointment. While we understand that cancellations may be necessary, we will not issue refunds for any massage appointment. In the event you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, subject to schedule availability, your massage service may be rescheduled and the payment applied to the re-scheduled appointment. Please plan accordingly and provide at least 24-hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Travel fees for same day cancellations are non-transferable and will not be refunded.

Corporate and Event Massage Services:

Payment includes a non-refundable deposit of $95 which is due at time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid in full prior to the start of your Event. We accept payment of any balance due on the scheduled day of service. Cancellations require 72-hours advance notice and must be made by phone. A 25% Cancellation Fee will be applied against your refund less any applicable non-refundable deposit.

Education Workshops

Nutrition Education & Fitness, Stress Management Education:

Payment includes a non-refundable deposit of $95 which is due at time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid in full prior to the start of your Workshop. We accept payment of any balance due on the scheduled day of service. Cancellations require 72-hours advance notice and must be made by phone. A 25% Cancellation Fee will be applied against your refund less any applicable non-refundable deposit.

Couples Workshop:

Payment includes a 50% non-refundable deposit. There is a flat $15 cancellation fee.
