Cancellation & Payment Policies
It is the responsibility of the client/participant to be familiar with the following cancellation policy/policies as applicable to their chosen service(s).
The following policies are subject to change without prior notice.
L.I.F.E. Wellness Program Courses: Nutrition Education and Fitness Program Courses are booked on a first come, first served basis with 50% of the total cost due at registration and the remaining 50% due the night prior to the first session. Each course consists of six (6) weekly sessions. All payments are non-refundable without exception however can be used as credit toward a future course or session should a client be unable to participate. Clients have up to 14 days to reschedule a missed session and up to 60 days to reschedule a missed course. Should rescheduling fail to occur within these timeframes the client will forfeit his/her right to reschedule and will not be issued any refund in full or in part.
L.I.F.E. Fit and Well Classes:
Fit-to-You classes and Fit-to-You-Seniors Packages must be paid for in full at least 1-day prior to the scheduled class by midnight. Refunds for cancellations of Fit-to-You classes and Fit-to-You-Seniors Packages with prior notice are subject to a $10 Cancellation Fee for individuals and a $25 Cancellation Fee for groups. Prior notice of cancellation is defined as notice at least 1-day prior to the start of the scheduled time, and must be done via phone call, text-message, voice message or email. Refunds for cancellations of Fit-to-You classes and Fit-to-You-Seniors Packages without prior notice as defined above are subject to a $20 Cancellation Fee for individuals and a $50 Cancellation Fee for groups. In the event a pre-paid scheduled class is cancelled by the Wellness Coach, the scheduled client/business/school will be offered the option of either a refund, or a credit toward a future class equal to the amount of the pre-paid class cancelled.
Nutrition Consultations and Coaching: Nutrition Coaching requires a non-refundable deposit equal to 2 weeks cost of the chosen level. No exceptions. Following the initial free consultation, clients who book Nutrition Coaching Level I, II, or III may cancel at any time and will be subject to a Cancellation Fee equal to the cost of 1 week for their chosen coaching level. Refunds will only be provided for unused weeks of services and will only be issued in the amount of cost equal that of to the unused weeks. At no time will refunds be issued for any week or portion of a week services are provided. Weeks of service are considered to be Sunday - Saturday.
Personal Enrichment Classes: Payment due upon arrival. All payments are non-refundable.
