Many know of and understand the importance of having balance in life, but do we actually have it? Do you feel balance between your life roles? Do you feel well? Demands of working, attending school, maintaining a household, parenting, etc., can create anxiety and stress which promote poor sleeping patterns, poor nutrition habits, and poor physical fitness. Is this your life?

 

L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio is purposed to serve as a reliable community resource of support toward healthy living and well-being. As such we provide   Nutrition Consultations and Coaching, Fitness Classes, Wellness Education and Programs, as well as Personal Enrichment Classes. Our goal is to provide "Limitless Inspiration for Everyone," to foster a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

Hippocrates stated, "If someone wishes for good health, one must first ask oneself if he is ready to do away with the reasons for his illness. Only then is it possible to help him." If applied to an individual as a whole being, one can argue the concept of good health includes physical health, mental health, emotional health, and spiritual health. What are we willing to do away with for good health in all of these areas? What things, what habits, what mindset, what relationships? And if we find ourselves willing, what are we waiting for?

Meet Tasha

Having a passion for whole-being wellness that motivates her both in the rehab gym as a therapy clinician and beyond the gym as a Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Tasha is the owner and overseer of L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio. For over 10 years she has helped countless individuals throughout Maryland as they recover from injury and push toward better health.
