Nutrition Education and Fitness Program

Energize your mind and body while learning healthy eating and nutrition habits to promote optimal health and wellness. Whether you are just starting your wellness journey or are simply wanting an addition to your current one, our basic six week program provides tools and support to help you become a healthier, stronger, more balanced you. Hands-on cooking instruction for nutritious meal planning is included. Participation is weekly via one face-to-face weekend session, and two weekday online or in-person fitness classes held for six total weeks. Details below. Nutrition Education & Fitness Program

Six Weekend In-person Sessions:

45 minute fitness routine and 1.5 hour enrichment session addressing goal progress, meal planning, meal prep, and weekly education topics such as healthy detox, budget friendly nutrition, and understanding nutrition labels. Client must provide food container(s) for meal prep. Vacuum seal food storage bags are available for purchase.**

 

Twelve Weekday Fitness Classes:

Mon/Wed for Saturday courses and Tues/Thurs for Sunday courses. Client will select available classes scheduled between 6am and 6pm.

Participation in any of our wellness, nutrition and/or fitness services requires completion of a health form and waiver.

We recommend you consult with your physician before starting a fitness routine or changing your diet.

*L.I.F.E. Wellness Nutrition Education and Fitness Program courses are booked on a first come, first served basis with 50% of the total cost due at registration and the remaining 50% due the night prior to the first session. Participants must be age 18 or older and sign a health form and waiver. All payments are non-refundable however can be used as credit toward a future course or session. See Cancellation Policy. May book as 1:1 or group of 2-3 people at a discounted rate per person. Program conducted as a mobile service. Restrictions apply. Call for details.

**Client must provide sealed containers for all weekend sessions to store prepared foods at home. Sealed food storage for re-heating or freezing at the client’s discretion will be provided for the course at the cost of $15.00 upon client request.
