Cancellation Policy

Payment in full must be received at time of booking to secure your appointment. While we understand that cancellations may be necessary, we will not issue refunds for any appointment. In the event you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, subject to schedule availability, your service may be rescheduled and the payment applied to the re-scheduled appointment. Please plan accordingly and provide at least 24-hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Senior Discounts are only for those aged 60 and older. Out-call services are for female clients only unless: you are a qualified resident of a Senior, or Assisted Living housing development, you are a current on-site client, or you are referred to us by a current client.
