Cancellation Policy

Wellness Weekend and Nature Retreat add-on massage services must be paid for in full at time of booking and include a non-refundable deposit of $25. Availability is limited. Participants will be assigned a massage service time-slot and must arrive 10 minutes prior. Participants are fully responsible for arriving on time and acknowledge there will be no extension of time-slots for late arrivals. No Shows will result in no refund with no exceptions. There is a flat $15 Cancellation Fee for each add-on massage service. L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio reserves the right to cancel Wellness Weekend and Nature Retreat reservations due to illness, inclement weather, or any other reason. In the event a Wellness Weekend, or Nature Retreat reservation is cancelled by L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio, a full refund including the deposit will be provided for any add-on massage service cancelled by L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio.
