Cancellation Policy

Payment Fee for our Wellness Weekends includes a non-refundable deposit of $50 and must be paid in full at time of booking to secure your reservation. Payment Fee for our Nature Retreats includes a non-refundable deposit of $50 and must be paid in full at time of booking to secure your reservation. Payment Fee for Add-on Massage includes a non-refundable deposit of $30 and must be paid in full at time of booking.* Participants sharing tents must call to ensure reservation is processed correctly. Tents accommodate 3 persons. While we understand that cancellations may be necessary, any refund will be subject to a $25 Cancellation Fee applied against your reservation payment less the non-refundable deposit. See EXAMPLE 1. EXAMPLE 1: Reservation payment of $275, minus the Non-refundable deposit of $50, minus a Cancellation Fee of $25 equals a $200 refund. No Shows will result in no refund with no exceptions. There is a flat $15 Cancellation Fee for each add-on massage service. L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio reserves the right to cancel Wellness Weekend and Nature Retreat reservations due to illness, inclement weather, or any other reason. In the event a Wellness Weekend, or Nature Retreat reservation is cancelled by L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio, a full refund to the participant minus the non-refundable deposit will be issued within 45 days. See EXAMPLE 2. EXAMPLE 2: Reservation payment of $275 minus Non-refundable deposit of $50 equals $225 refund. ​* A full refund including the deposit will be provided for any add-on massage service cancelled by L.I.F.E. Wellness Studio.
