Fit-To-You Mobile Fitness Classes

Wishing you had a fitness partner and fitness routine away from the standard gym setting? We can help! Schedule a consultation today to enroll in a L.I.F.E. Fit & Well Mobile Fitness Class built to suit you. Whether just getting started or simply wanting a change, our fitness classes offer routine workouts for adults of all ages.

Fit-To-You Class options​

  • Fit-Cardio: Designed around you to build your stamina and endurance.

  • Fit-Build: Increase your strength and tone your physique.

  • Fit-Flex: Increase flexibility for improved range-of-motion.

  • Fit-Fusion: Combined routine of Fit-Cardio, Fit-Build, and/or Fit-Flex.

 

Your 45-minute routine of Fit-Cardio, Fit-Build, Fit-Flex or Fit-Fusion will be conducted in the comfort of your own home. Restrictions apply.

 

Fit-to-You Seniors Package:

Two weekly 50-minute Classes. Ages 55+ only. Aging is inevitable, however aging well takes dedication and focus. With our Fit-to-You Seniors Package, your Wellness Coach will develop and deliver a fitness regimen in the comfort of your own home. Whether caring for an aging family member, or considering yourself a Senior, we bring over a decade of ongoing licensed clinical rehab experience in the form of a personalized fitness routine implemented by your Wellness Coach.
